HubSpot - The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform is used by Sikla Oceania as a marketing automation platform. HubSpot processes contact details and interaction data (e.g., form submissions, chatbot interactions and website visits) to manage customer relationships, send marketing communications where permitted and assess the effectiveness of our campaigns.
SAP C4C - By submitting your personal information through contact forms, your information may be uploaded to our cloud-based second CRM platform. The purpose for uploading information to the platform is for our Sales and Customer Service Representatives to contact you.
