BIM processes have transformed the way projects are planned, constructed and operated to make each stage more streamlined and transparent. By improving design accuracy and strengthening collaboration among all project stakeholders, BIM drives efficiency, reduces costs and delivers more sustainable project outcomes.

Cost estimation: Accurate, model driven cost estimation that minimises guesswork and ensure budget reliability.
Stock management: Streamlined planning through BIM data to reduce delays and guarantee material availability.
Pre-construction project visualisation: Comprehensive project visualisation to anticipate challenges and resolve issues before construction begins.
Clash detection: Early identification of conflicts across systems to reduce errors and improve overall project efficiency.
Design software: Detailed plans for each support, implementation layouts, 3D modelling of solutions, cross-discipline coordination and precise specifications for each component
By integrating BIM processes early in the planning phase, we can help customers streamline the critical transition from design to construction ensuring smoother project execution and avoiding costly delays. This proactive approach reduces the risk of last‑minute changes on site in large or highly complex projects.
Engaging with our BIM services can enable:
Accurate documentation
Automatically generated data ensures consistent, manufacturer‑approved product information across drawings, schedules and reports to reduce errors and improving clarity throughout the project.
Improved material estimation
Quantities are extracted directly from the model, with material take‑offs being more accurate. This enables better budgeting, procurement planning and reduction of waste.
Confidence in the BIM model
Using Sikla’s BIM‑ready components gives clients complete assurance that every element is accurate, coordinated, and installation‑ready. This increases trust in the digital model and minimises rework on site.
We offer support to our customers during the different phases of the project:
With integral planning and the BIM methodology approach, Sikla implements a cross-trade consideration of modular framing solutions. This enables integrated support planning at every level to deliver cost savings and minimise installation errors on site.
Integrating modular framing solutions into the basic design offers the following advantages:
Space optimisation
Cost-efficient planning process
Continuous cost control
No additional products needed during assembly
Exact derivation of support elements from the planning model for your documents

In recent years Sikla has supplied Building Information Modelling (BIM) services to a number of international projects with our software design tools. From the perspective of assessing technical and financial viability, Mechanical & Engineering (M+E) support concepts must be integrated into BIM projects at an early stage. Both material and execution costs can be reduced and a suitable logistical concept can be developed at the right time.
