High Temperature Pipe Shoe LC-HT-HV 200

Height-adjustable, double-clamp pipe shoe with a delivery height of 200 mm. Height adjustment in steps of 2.5 mm. Particularly suitable for sliding pipe supports on suitable surfaces. When resting on steel beams, a minimum flange width of 80 mm is recommended. Guide or fixed points can also be created in combination with other Sikla components. These pipe shoes are designed for use in the temperature range 300°C to 500°C. The material-dependent correction values k are used for determining the loads at real operating temperatures. To reach the expected temperatures, according to DIN EN 13480-3, Table 13.11.2–2 must be considered for the substructure.

Holding Bracket HK 27

When loads are imposed along the channels, Holding Brackets HK 27 provide additional safety due to embossed teeth, which penetrate the channel. Suitable for Channels MS 27.

When loads are imposed along the Channels, Holding Brackets HK 41 provide for additional safety due to embossed teeth, which penetrate the channel. Suitable for single and double channels. Special blanking guarantee high safety and shear forces after reaching form closure, especially for bolted through connecting elements.

Injection System VMH M

The Sikla Injection System VMH is a universal chemical fastening for use in uncoated FD/FDE concrete surfaces in LAU systems. The Resin Anchor Rod VMU-A A4 is used for anchoring in WHG surfaces. It can also be used for cracked and non-cracked concrete for anchoring the highest loads. The Resin Anchor Rod VMU-A or a commercially available threaded rod with proof of strength (acceptance certificate 3.1) is used as an anchoring element for this purpose. By means of the dispenser gun the components are injected through the mixer nozzle into the drill hole or with perforated brick into the perforated sleeve. This ensures that the anchoring element is securely anchored to the substrate. The VMH enables fastenings that are repeatedly exposed to high temperatures (+160°C) thanks to high short-term temperatures. The VMH is approved for use under seismic action according to the performance categories C1 and C2.

Injection System VMU plus

The Sikla Injection System VMU plus is an universal chemical fastening system for almost all applications and building material. The Resin VMU plus can be used in non-cracked concrete, solid and perforated brick as well as in cracked concrete. To be used with a Resin Anchor Rod VMU-A or a standard threaded rod with proof of strength (approval certificate 3.1). By means of the dispenser gun the components are injected through the mixer nozzle into the drill hole or with perforated brick into the perforated sleeve. The injection adhesive cures and gives a secure fastening to the base material. For perforated bricks a perforated sleeve has to be used additionally. The VMU plus is approved for use under seismic action according to the performance category C1 (Concrete).

Injection System VMZ

Resin for Resin Anchor Rod VMZ-A. Excellent load capacity in broken and unbroken concrete. The resin mixture hardens resulting in strong bond with the concrete and a perfectly formed expansion sleeve around the conical rod. The inner bond between the conical rod and the resin mixture is broken by applying a torque moment after the hardening process. The VMZ is approved for use under seismic action according to the performance category C1 and C2 (M10 - M16).

Insulated Foot Plate SHB F 80 HCP

Integrated footplate and permeable rubber compound mat to provide a solution for the support of building services, without the need for penetrative supports. In combination with the Sikla siFramo TP F 80 section, any frame structure may be built up from the footplates. Especially suitable for maintaining the thermal and waterproofing integrity of a roof or basement floor as no penetrative fixings are required to secure the footplates for service supports.
